Communication & Leadership for Teens

Communication and Leadership for Teens is a practical, engaging programme designed to equip teenagers with the confidence and skills to communicate clearly and lead effectively in real-life situations.

Using theatre-based training, interactive activities, and real-world scenarios, students learn how to speak with clarity, listen with intention, and lead with purpose. Sessions are fast-paced, hands-on, and designed to keep teenagers actively involved while developing skills they can immediately apply in school and beyond.

Students will learn how to:

• Chair meetings with confidence and clarity
• Organise and manage events, roles, and responsibilities
• Write clear minutes and summaries from discussions
• Develop strong listening and response skills
• Persuade and influence others respectfully and effectively
• Communicate ideas clearly in presentations, discussions, and group work
• Work collaboratively while taking responsibility and initiative

The programme also focuses on building charisma, presence, and confidence, helping teenagers express ideas, handle pressure, and think on their feet. Through group challenges, role-play, presentations, and guided reflection, students learn how to balance leadership with empathy and teamwork.
